La Roche Posay Toleriane Sensitive Fluide Review

If you're looking for the best gentle, light moisturizer for sensitive skin, you'll want to keep reading! Today we'll be reviewing the La Roche-Posay Toleriane Sensitive Fluide.

La Roche-Posay Toleriane Sensitive Fluide

Quick facts:

Formulation:  Paraben-free, fragrance-free, oil-free, preservative-free

Texture: A light lotion texture that glides so smoothly over the skin and absorbs quickly without feeling tacky at all

Scent: No particular scent

Where to buy: La Roche Posay, Amazon

Price: $30.99 USD

Main pros: I LOVE the texture of this moisturizer. As a combo skin girlie, I'm always on the hunt for something moisturizing enough but still isn't too much for my oily T zone area. This is literally the perfect moisturizer for almost all seasons (I still need something a bit heavier for winter), great for day or night for me. It also leaves the skin with a beautiful hydrated finish!

Cons: Absolutely no cons. This is just a great basic moisturizer answering all of my skincare prayers.

My verdict: 10/10. Adding it to my all time favourites list when this bottle is done!

The Toleriane Sensitive Fluide (the one I'm reviewing and recommending) in particular has the simplest ingredients list compared to the regular Toleriane Sensitive Face Moisturizer (which contains Dimethicone, I was afraid this would clog my pores) and the Riche (contains Shea Butter, which I was also afraid, might clog my pores).

La Roche-Posay Toleriane Sensitive Fluide After Application

What is La Roche Posay Toleriane Sensitive Fluide good for?

This product is a real multitasker! It effectively soothes sensitive skin, provides a soothing and relaxing experience, and works wonders as a moisturizer for dry and sensitive skin – super light, blends perfectly, and even leaves a subtle glow!

It's the best choice in my opinion if you're looking for your go-to gentle, light moisturizer with minimal ingredients! This product receives high praise for its beautiful consistency, and the fact that it's fragrance-free is amazing.

What is the difference between toleriane sensitive riche and fluide?

Toleriane Sensitive Fluide is a lightweight moisturiser which is ideal for those with oily skin. Toleriane Sensitive Cream has a slightly thicker consistency and is suitable for normal or combination skin (the cream contains dimethicone, which would make it ideal for sitting under makeup since it will smooth over the skin very well, however if are prone to clogged pores, I'd still stick with the Fluide). Toleriane Sensitive Riche has a richer texture that is deeply hydrating for those with very dry skin (contains Shea Butter).

Is Toleriane fluide good for rosacea?

Yes! I have a bit of rosacea on my cheeks and generally very thin skin from using too many exfoliants. I love using this whenever my skin needs a break. It's so gentle and light but hydrating at the same time. My skin feels super comfortable in this for the whole day or night!

Does Toleriane clog pores?

If you're prone to clogged pores like me, I highly recommend getting the Toleriane Sensitive Fluide over the regular cream or the riche. The cream contains dimethicone like I mentioned above, and the riche contains Shea Butter which also could clog pores.

My Final Thoughts: La Roche Posay Toleriane Sensitive Fluide Review Verdict

In short, I love using this moisturizer and it's made my all-time favourites list. I HIGHLY recommend this if you have sensitive skin and hate tacky/thick moisturizers. I purchased mine in stores but here is the link on Amazon or the official La Roche-Posay website.

Let me know if you've found this review useful or if there's another product by La Roche-Posay you'd like me to review, I'd love to hear your thoughts!
